Last week kot, kalau tak silap i tonton dvd Ombak Rindu ni, pinjam dari my friend DVD tuh. Citer dia okaylah cuma ada certain part macam tak sampai.. kira mcm baru je nak feel satu scene terus lompat ke scene yang lain.. kiranya if u baru nak mula nangis, tak sempat air mata drop dah ke topic lain.. kira tak jatuhlah air mata tu kan... ha ha ha... keadaan agak stress juga la if u keep on hold your tears kan.. :)

but towards to the end tu sempat la feeling sikit... tambah pula dengan lagu background Ombak Rindu nyanyian si awan nano Hafiz AF and Adira.. very nice lyric as well melody nya.. bagi orang yang naif ttg lagu, selagi lagu dia sedap dihalwa telinga, jalannnn... lirik dia pun okay.. macam kat bawah ni..

Citer smlm menunggu untuk jumpa dengan my gynea, ya ampun lama gilerrrr....dari kol 130pm sampailahhhhh ke pukul 4pm barulah dpt jumpa doc..

As usual after 3 glowing month and consistently period datang, tiba2 je bulan ni dia tak datang.. Dalam hati ni bercampur2 perasaan...aku yakin period aku buat Hal balik Dan bukannya aku pregnant..2 weeks later which recently, I decided to buat upt just to confirmed before I proceed to jumpa doc... Betullah kata hati I, it is negative... Aku x harap sgt untuk line tu jadi double.. Tapi if double pun apa salahnya, alhamdulillah.... Ya, bukan rezeki aku lagi ni...

Memandangkan aku cuti minggu ni, call DEMC utk buat appointment...and semalam ghi jumpa doc...mmg ramai menunggu nak jumpa doc...Ada ya g follow up bawa baby, ada yang baru disahkan pregnant and yang dah boyot pun ramai... Dlm hati toksah cakaplah...mmg sedihlahhhh....tp aku tak keseorangan... Ada lagi yg teruk cuma aku perlu usaha lebih sikitlah..

punya tunggu, perut pun dah memulas sebab x makan apa lagi since am...jadi ghi ke cafe beli sandwich and drinks...Dok kat luar kejap sebab no pun lambat lagi nak dptkan... He he he... Sambil lepak sempat bbm dgn MH... Up to extend aq rasa malas nak proceed dgn treatment ni lagi...tp MH x baper setuju aku dah give up...dia support me in whatever ways... Ada rezeki kita nanti, itulah yang selalu dia mention kat aku...

Kol 405pm, my number been called up... Senyum je doc aku ni walau ramai patients dia..suara lembut....itulah doc aku... I think he is around 50++... dia Tanya khabar aku...aku ckp mcm biasa and period aku tak datang balik...stress sy doc.... Doc scan my tammy and it's confirmed rahim aku still empty...hence , he decided to double up all semua dose ubat aku...metformin kena amik 2 tablets now instead of one daily.. Sekarang nak kena budget bila nak amik ubat duphaston pula...fuhh...

Bila la nak dapat baby cute mcm ni ek..???? Umpppphh...

Dan yang ini juga...

Settle bab ni, ada masalah nak apply cuti pula kang... I will talk to my exec about my problem next Monday...insha Allah, harap2 semua oklah...anyway, harini aku kena cirit birit....uwarghh.......

Kemalasan melanda dengan tegarnya... he he he..

yes, today is the 3rd day of CNY of the water dragon... hopefully there is 'ong' to us... especially baby.. :)

as always.. it never fade from myself and MH..

nothing much yang we all buat last weekend.. supposedly kejap lagi ada appointment kat DEMC with Doc Z.. tetapi just now call untuk postponed ke besok petang je lah.. arini mcm rasa malas nak kuar ghi mana2 pun..mayb petang sikit kot gi carrefour or giant untuk shopping groceries.. barang dalam fridge pun banyak dah buang.. sebab rajin sangat kan masak..hehe..

apa lagi nak buat ya cuti2 begini..?? in next two week my second brother nak bertunang.. dengan orang bangi.. he he he..alhamdulillah dah nak tunang yer ko Oyin.. harap2 jodoh korang berdua berkekalan sehingga ke akhir hayat.. amin.!!! as for the preparation, mama and my aunty yang buat.. me ikut je.. he he.. MH akan jadi photog..sukalah dia..kang kena jadi ketua rombongan mau pengsan... adeihhh..

sekarang ni banyak juga kawan2 yg dah berjaya pregnant and dah bersalin.. takkan nak mengidakkan takdir yang terjadi pada aku kan.. berserah je lah...pelbagai usaha telah dibuat..cuma belum tiba masanya.. Yep, this month after 3 consequence month my PMS datang on time, it delayed again.. I risau kesan OD tu x baper sukses sebab dia hanky panky balik PMS nie.. susah lah..rasa mcm x normal la pulak...

sebab tu try to text Doc Z assistance... dia suruh buat hari ni..tp mcm malas tu yang minta ditukarkan esok.. Insha Allah, this coming friday, my cousin pun akan buat OD with the same doc as mine.. dun worry lah..everything will be fine..

semangat nak berblog pun on off on off je.. bukan takmo tulis cuma entahlah mcm takda apa mood je..citer pun mcm biasa tuh takda apa yg spesel.. he he he.. yer la blog aku punya suka lah ek..nak tulis apa..nak conteng apa ke. my blog my rules! yeahhhhh...

last Saturday, both of us pergi ke TErapi Ozon kat Shah Alam.. dekat dgn KWSP and also DEMC tuh.. MH yang buat terapi ozon... not me.. dia amik pakej 3x untuk 3 minggu.. that mean seminggu sekali plus ubat2 anti aging, collogen etc... ha ha ha...cerewetkan my husband.. he he he..yerlah lately ni asik bagitau stress and tak larat lah itu lah..tu yang dia cuba.. so far alhamdulillah.. dia rasa segar lepas buat tu..so coming saturday second time.. he he he..

wah kedengaran naga air sedang beraksi di kawasan belakang rumah ni..ada dragon masuk rumah orang tuh..ada persembahan lak pulak..siap mercun lagi..tp panas seh mau lihat kat luar tuh.. he he he..okaylah nak jenguk dulu persembahan naga...

Hey guys!!!

It's the fourth day in 2012... Happy New Year.... Better late never kan...

Well for me new year is almost same like before..I don't have any new resolution since the previous one yet to success.. What is the purpose want to have more resolution if yang lepas pun belum settle lagi...

Oh yah, I celebrated my new year at heathrow airport.. Sbbnya stranded.. Hahaha..flight fully booked on return day.. End up x dpt confirm seat..as expected sbb seat mmg wait list kan so kinda new experienced.. Itupun x kecoh sangat sebab nanti adalah orang yang Akan menyampaikan maklumat pada seseorang...bosannnn!!!!!

Masuk kerja keadaan macam biasalah...sekarang ni tengah menahan mata dari tidoooo...x tahannnnn ooooo.. Jet lag sikit...tapi shud be okay kot lagi 2-3 days ni..

I dah upload pics bercuti di LON dlm FB..kat blog ni x taulah nak update or tak..rasa malas pun Ada juga..tp yerlah nak wat camner keja tetap kena datang kejakan..so saber jelah..I wish I could still continue my cuti...now planning nak apply balance of my leave....yeah!

Hi guys, good morning live from Birmingham, United Kingdom... Euuu kekwat giler... Hahaha..

Yer, I dah sampai London semalam pagi... My flight was Xmas night..13 hours flight boleh buatkan I x senang duduk okay..but lucky managed to sleep kejap walaupun x selesa mcm kat rumah... Sampai je semalam cuaca je da 10celcius.. Sekarang ni winter so gelap memang panjang...siang pendek je...so kena rush2 jugalah..we rent. Volkswagen mpv... So arini Akan drive naik ke north... Manchester and Liverpool here I come... Hahaha..

Oklah dulu..nak mandi2 siap2.. Kejap lagi nak mula journey dah...doakan semua selamat ya...

Olla, a quick update before I tertidur akibat taken ubat batuk just now.. Blog ini akan quiet utk seketika kerana tuan tanah Akan pergi holiday...yea!!!!! Itu part yang best... Part yg x baper best is I'm going without MH this time....with his permission yang granted kat I last month, tomorrow is the day... Oh! Finally...

Salam petang selasa...

harinie bersiaran dari office sementara di tempat lama....Uish... Rindu dgn office lama yang sekarang dah jadi baru.... Weweiiitttt...jodoh kita tak panjang disinikan... He he he...

Esok last kerja kalau ikutkan untuk tahun 2011.. I will be on leave until 2nd January 2012... Tahun baru sentiasa mengharapkan tahun yang lebih baik tetapi tidak tahulah bagaimana tahun hadapan... Adakah lebih baik ataupun so so je tahun.... Harap2 semua dipermudahkan lah.. Setiap tindakan yang Akan dilakukan kelak...

Cuti lama apa Akan buat? Actually ada plan sudah... I'll be going to London on Xmas night.. MH is not joining me this time.. I'll be going with my colleagues.. Actually it was a spontaneous plan... Which later on becoming reality.. Haha...Kerek seh!! With his permission, I boleh pergi...tapi belum packing apa lagi ni..duit pound pun belum tukar lagi...later lah Saturday or Sunday ni pun sempat lagi...tp mcm sedihlahhhh pulak dia tak ikut.. Hehehe..takpa2 enjoy my winter kat sana nanti..hehe

Argh, esok kerja.... Weekend ni x kemana...sebab semalam hingga ke harinie, aku x baper sihat...so sudah 2 days kurang makan... Haha itu pun nak bagitau ke..? MH cukup happy aku x makan... He he he... Saber je lah...

Ikutkan planning minggu ni MH and me nak ghi jhb... Yerlah almaklumlah Premium outlet dah buka kan! Tp memandangkan terenjoy terlebih so siangnya banyak tidur so bila nak drive turun...lgpun sure ramaikan...tunggu next yearlah kasi kurang sikit... Anyway, today my MIL ghi BDO with my SIL..supposedly both of us join the trip but since MAS dah cancel route to BDO so sebab lain ada lagi x dapatlah nak join...enjoy ya mak...hehe

Huh...currently I'm sweating giler even though bawah kipas...tak tahulah knp but maybe due to some medication yang I amik kot...erk! Penatlah camnih... Anyway, since selangor is pH today, keluar ghi szb parade kejap...tu pun x lama sebab I can't stand the environment...penat and xda mood... Teman MH gi makan kat shah alam..then we off balik rumah...nak layan citer tentang dhia...tp MH layan Bourne identity la pulak...so aku buat Hal aku je lah..lagipun esok nak keja...eeeeee rasa mcm nak masuk sekolah lak...

Its almost come to weekend....wewiiitttttttttttt... The moment yang ditunggu2... Cuti 3 days tu...Monday PH for selangorian...lalalala... Arini cuti... Cik P datang dengan jayanya semalam.. So consider consistent la after buat laps OD aritu...alhamdulillah...

Sedih sebab belum ada rezeki... Takpalah...yang penting my PMS dah regular balik..senang sikit nak track kan dia... Anyway, tadi masa jumpa doc tadi xdalah buat tvs apa sebab still period... Jadi doc prescribe ubat untuk me makan sampai day 5... Then doc juga suruh aku amik another ubat nama Dhea 25... 2 dosage every night... So this month Akan Cuba naturally lagilah sebab doc nak ghi holiday next week... So takda tvs and cucuk ubat pecah telurlah...so kena snd bhd...

Ubat tu mcm kat bawah ni lah... Pic google je.. Malas nak amik pic.. He hehe...

Dia nyer maksud lebih kurang mcm ni lah... Dehydroepiandrosterone, or DHEA, is a hormone that is produced naturally by the adrenal glands and the testes.

We just had our lunch at normal malay restaurant here in Subang 2.. Right now, at the car wash.. Need to give some weekly treatment to baby blackie.. Ha ha ha!

After this, MH plan to bring me to Digital Mall in PJ or Low Yatt plaza to buy dvd covers.. Why so far? Maybe we can get cheap one.. Its quite difficult to find dvd cover here..if ada pun maybe quite pricey dowh...

The weather very hot and humid today..ooo I cannot tahan ooo as I'm sweating all the time even though inside the car with air conditioned...later on, sure will be raining as now hot like hottttt lah...

Perhaps, ABC will be good this time kan? But where to get the nice ABC?? I need a vacation.. MH did asked me to survey for our next trip..but next month I will be going to London with my friends not with him.. My 4th or 5th time holiday with friends.. He don't want to follow this time..

But I still didn't apply for leave yet..tomorrow lah .. My uncle is coming back from Haj early December and I have to apply for one day leave too..My mom and other relatives sure will hop on at my nest..

Okay, baby blackie pun dh siap cuci and its raining now.. Ha ha ha..at least dlm keta cuci and kemaslah kan.. So start my journey now hang out...:)

Just came back from MIL house...fuhhh... What a day!

Tomorrow cuti sebab today is a public holiday..yeah! Okay, this morning got one incidentlah..actually x besar mana pun but I just don't feel nice and benggang gilerlah...I dun know u...even though we are on the same group but to me ur rude girl! I dun give a darn ur younger or I'm older than u but fux off...

It's all start when I post something in the group when this little girl, who claim that she is youngest than me..whatever.....it is sunday and it suppose to be a relax and calm day kan... But today not a great morning... At 8 am I can hear the sound of my 3rd floor neighbour was drilled and knock the wall..it is continuously more than 3 hours... There u go our weekend... This liitle girl who also claimed herself as an angel,wth.... Said that I should take and give with my neighbour... I dont mind if u want to drill or knock ur house during weekdays.. Come on lah...u should think that everyone was at home at that time...

U want to claimed your father go and help your previous neighbour, go ahead... I repeat again, during weekdays I have no issue...but it is Sunday people!!!!!!!! Lucky after that, I think they have stopped the works..I have seen this girl commented on previous post by other members.... Maybe she is trying to say something good or benefit to the society but come on lah...we are bot biased okay!!!! If macam tu nanti we all gi drill sebelah rumah you lah...nak tengok how your family meloncat.... Dun talk when u got nothing to say....

I have informed one of the head here and I know it's not appropriate to disturb him during weekend but I don't have a choice... If I have the guard number, I will call them...

Overall, I don't give a darn on her... But seriously she is so annoying brat!!!!

We will see in coming post from any of the members she will still comment and trying to be a cool and so angelic...WTF!!!!!!

Jab is not fun okay!

I had a Pregnyl injection this morning (21st). Today is CD14.. I went to see my doc for tvs. Alhamdulillah , there is one telur sangat cantik on my left side of ovary... As on the other side, Ada tapi masih kecil even though I dah amik clomid. Doc tunjukkan to me the size of egg itu adalah 20mm...rasa seronok sangat bila dpt tahu egg itu response dengan ubat...ini consider first cycles of clomid after my OD...

Lepas doc buat tvs tadi dia explain sikit yang after injection of pregnyl ni wait for next cycle...if no period, insha Allah semoga Ada berita gembira...kalau belum, period Akan keluar...harap2 Ada response yang baiklah....

Oklah dulu...nak take a nap jap...MH dah call suruh ghi ofc sekarang...panaslah nak keluar sekarang....aiyoooo.....

Domestic helpers

Every 2-3 weeks, there is one kakak cleaner will come over to my house to do the house cleaning.. She will do everything without I have to repeat the same job scope over again and again..

She will do the ----->

After complete one task she will do next duty..

I got to know her from my group in FB.. One of my friend on FB provide me with her hp number.. I called her once and she came over to see me.. We make a deals and alhamdulillah , it is already 4 month she is working with us.. There is another speciality that she can do beside cleaning the house is massage the body...

When I feel that I need a massage or scrub the whole body, I just called her and request her to come to my house... As for the payment, it is quite good payment jugalah that I provide to her...rumah apartment je...bukannya double story...dia pun okay..x tangan panjang...mulut pun x banyak... I have an experienced with lagi satu cleaner dimana, bila suruh datang ada je alasannya sampai satu tahap pagi sepatut datang cuci rumah boleh text bgtau yang dia terlupa Ada party birthday kat rumah dia...WTF!!!!!!!!

Cukuplah hanya sekali...if dah janji tapi lambat or tak tepati, goodbye!!!!! So far okaylah dengan kakak ni...

Lagiiii aku bukannya ma'am yang kejamkan...

She is freely to do the house works.. Mana yang aku rasa aku nak suruh dia buat aku inform and put aside dululah apa yang patut..so nanti dia akan terus buat....

Dulu rajin juga buat spring cleaning, tp since dah boleh cari orang dtg kemas rumah ni, lega sikitlah... Susah nak amik maid if stay kat apartment... Nanti MH akan rasa limited nak move around the house..if rumah bawah shud not be a problemlah kan...

Anyway, dia datang harini mmglah awal...kol 8 dah start buat..and she is still doing it... Oklah dulu...esok I cuti.....!!!!!!

Tiny thing that sometimes we might not think about it

It's Friday!!! Who does not love friday. Spending time with family is one happy thing. Happen today, MH will return to KL from CGK.. After working hours later, I'll go take my daughter at MSU's before proceeding to KLIA..

Do u guys believe in evil spirits? Friday last week, one of department here held a council to get rid out of ghost? Sound scary right? But this is a truth nothing but the truth... A few incidents happened lately there.. Some staff got see the 'thing'....

If tiba2 muncul macam dibawah ni acaner? Hahaha...

No joke ok! We have to believe about things from another world, because they also exist. Alhamdulillah so far there has been no bad things happen to me.. Last week I also participated in the ceremony but did not dare to follow the group assigned to halau the ghost. I might not so strong. Fear the little thing into the body.... Simpang malaikat 44...

Yesterday, I completed the one set of clomids for this cycle.. Even though, it only come for 1.5 day, since I start to take on the second day, I have to continue taking the pills..

Yes,I'm kinda worried now, even it is still early to predict...I'm afraid of single line and I hate to do upt... At the same time I'm so eager to know the result.. It could be yes and it could be no... But yeah, I'm nervous to max!!!! The delays process make me sick sometimes.. It could be to early for me to be so excited...

You know, kadang2 setiap benda yang u Cuba buat, u can feel jadikah kalinie...or mungkin tidak.... Semua ini mendorong kepada perasaan tak berani sebab takut kegagalan....and tonight, I'm officially stress... Stress sebab kena mencari EA form MH.... Sakit jiwa aku lah...I remember he put the files on the table the other day.. But I believe he already put inside his laptop bag and bring it to the office. Since his office is under renovation, I have a strong feeling that he kept all the documents dalam boxes. And semua his boxes Ada kat stor admin 1.. Nak taknak kena tunggu lagi 2 weeks la, apabila they send back all the boxes pada owner..

Fuhhh... Another stress moment...!!!!

What u guys think? Should I gamble do the UPT? Or just ignore it.. Lately yes, my appetite as usual, getting really gooooooddddd and scarryyyyyyy dowh.... And same time, I kept on urine at night...every one hour lah bangun nak ting ting....no sign sakit kat breast or any other abdomen....harap2 semua Akan okaylah....

It just a stain...not really miss P... I wonder... Kalau ikutkan today going to be my 3rd day unfortunately it is not as per expected...sigh!

I've start taking clomids yesterday. But last night kinda worried bila cuma mcm stain kecoklatan je bukannya darah...I texted dr Zamri assistance but no reply. It's okay call her je esok kata my hati... This morning wake up still no period mcm 1st day... Lagilah semak perut...told to MH tapi dia still tidur so haa haa haa je dengar sambil angguk his kepala....another sigh!.....

Otw ke office once again inform MH...dia kata call doctor check dulu if still nak continue taking clomids tu..lagi berdebar2 bila memikirkan semua ini..apakah ini tanda2 hamil or period akan keluar later....????????

Akhirnya Miss P tiba dengan jayanya...

Before lunch tadi, terasa macam lain macam je kat bahagian abdomen bawah...after had my brunch, I went to ladies and guess what....there is a stain... So ,alhamdulillah after the OD this is the second cycles come naturally..even though the cycle is not 28D but finally it out... For this cycle it took 36D.. Apapun, syukur sangat2....

No wonderlah, before raya I have a symptom mcm org pregnant and nak datang period tp x dapat diconfirmkan... Demam, sejuk sehingga menggigil2 badan masa petang raya dirumah MIL...loya,pening...u name it...semua similar to pregnancy...but today, it proves that itu hanya tanda2 nak datang bulan...baru last night inform MH about period x dtg lagi...dia suruh I count and wait another a week before buat UPT... So dah call DEMC buat appointment utk scan on day 14... besok akan start amik clomids twice a day from day 2-6.. Hopefully kali ini my eggs will grow besar dengan jayanya... So senang sikit doc nak buat IUI...insha Allah...

Okay settle psl TTC issue... Smoga dipermudahkan segala urusan yang akan datanglah...Amin...

Back to nak renovate rumah... Design rumah yet to dapat dari designer. But after deep discussion with MH, we decided not to do fully renovation... We all akan concentrate interior daripada exterior design...so in future if ada rezeki lebih, baru we all decide untuk buat keseluruhan renovation...so MH dah called pak Radie la, senang sikit nak citer... Pak Radie ni husband kepada Fillanie...one of the blogger yang famous amos...dia Ada dlm blog list aq...dapat tau pun sebab wife dia Ada mentioned apa pak Radie buat...so we choose him to design the house...this morning MH did called him to submit the floor plan via email,petang tadi baru boleh forwardkan kat dia... He will re-designed semulalah...

Bukannya apa, after kira2 balik dengan keadaan rushing nak renovate rumah ni takut later no enough cash to pay pun haru birukan...so we all akan buat mana yg penting dulu... Nak buat rumah ni mmg perlukan kos yang banyak...kang nanti rumah siap, cash dry....euuuuu, scary makkkkkkkk.... Biarlah Ada cash dlm saving dari habiskan semua...mana tau nanti Ada rezeki baby, nak pakai duit lagi....banyaknya benda nak kena fikir...kadang2 terfikir juga, mungkin Allah taknak bebankan kami dengan masalah lain sebab sekarang ni pun dok fikir masalah dengan nak kena pindah office and rumah....aiyoooo...insha Allah, adalah rezeki tu...

Oh yeah, it's Friday and I'm still waiting for my PMS...I have to monitor at least for 3 months after the OD...as for now, it doesn't show any sign of my PMS is coming out soon... But I noticed that, I'm getting hungry each hour even though after had my lunch...I felt like want to chewing everything..oh mine, scary dowh...

I went to follow up again with my doc last Tuesday...he give me clomids (again), metaformin and one more medicine called liposinol..google please yah..sebab I think this is the ubat to reduce weight but why am I hungry giler2 ni...ngeri lah....I start taking those pills and selera makan naik and buang pun sama banyak...hehe... Tengah menunggu dengan penuh kesabaran ni... Ya Allah, jika benar sudah datang rezeki aku, tunjukkanlah kepadaku...tapi jika belum tiba masanya, keluarkan PMS aku...supaya senang untuk aku monitor and mencuba lagi....

Sempena Aidil Adha yang bakal menjelma lagi 2 days ni, haruslah berkorbankan dari segi tenaga,masa,$$$$ dan segala2nyalah... Pada yang balik kampung selamat memandu...semoga selamat tiba kedestinasi yang dituju....:)

Dah settle down sikit sejak masuk opis baru ni...tp it seem mcm confirm yang we are going to move to KLIA soon...latest by Feb 2012... Tak lama lagilah tuh... Sekarang ni pun setiap hari waktu petang asyik hujan je...

It is very cold here dalam office..just imagine, siap kena tutup kepala...Pakai sweater etc..yesterday on the way balik rumah, MH ask me why don't u start to write a blog seriously and jadi full time housewife? Hahaha he must be joking that time ..unless he can give me extra allowance I don't mind tp I bukannya blogger mcm certain blogger yang famous Amos tu..hehehe...Saja suka2 update...kadang2 senyap tanpa berita tu sbb xda idea nak citer...

Oh ya,2 days ago dah jumpa dengan pereka bntuk rumah... Tunggulah seminggu dua lagi tengok camner and tunggulah quotation yang akan diberitau....jgn burst sudahlah budget rumah tu....actually the designer tu one of my friend dlm blog juga...sebab, MH have no time to survey, I'm doing his part utk cari and they meet for discussion..so if semua okay, then insha Allah Akan proceed lah....pening jugalah if $$$$$ tight kan....hehe...ingat jgn buat rumah sampai bankrupt , MH said... Yepppp!!!!!

But seriously, rumah tu mug old fashioned and design...mmg x berkenan kat hati...but if the renovation take place it is consider like build a new house...:p

I google sekarang untuk mendapat sedikit sebanyak info tentang orang pernah buat renovation rumah ni..consider pengalaman pertama..so mmg nil info ttg semua ni..apa patut buat dulu ek..? Mmglah kena naikkan buildingtu dulu... Fuhh going to be very busy..hopefully nanti quotation dia taklah menggilakan ya... Sapa2 yg tau mana2 contractor maybe boleh bagitau kat we all...we all nak tengok mana rege yang okaylah...taknaklah rumah idaman tersadaikan....nak buat yg terbaiklah kan..kalau duit tinggi menggunung off course sedap nak mencantaskan...ini tidak harus hati2 mentarah duit tu kang lopong kat bahagian lain pulak....

New office

After long silence, I'm back again..lame excuse derr..but seriously very hectic week last week..and we all dah berpindah u ols... Pindah office je pun..

Tomorrow will be an official day at new office.. My department have to move from admin 2 to new place , admin 3... Next seberang jalan je. But yer la, selama kerja ini pertama kali berpindah...lepas ni, kena panjat tangga...uwarghhh.... Hopefully shud be okaylah...

It's Thursday ..

It's Thursday now...tomorrow MH will be flying off to JKT until tuesday.. He will return on Sunday morning and at night he will be going again...so consider this weekend, he won't be around...it's going to be a very boring week...

Last night while bloghopping to TTC sites it's look like there is 2 person have successful conceived... Bravo!!! Should I feel happy or sad?this feeling is mix up now...argh forget it...I dun want to think about it...kang nanti stress lagi...dah sekarang ni MH pun kasi stress sama aku...dia pun dah pening banyak sangat benda yang nak kena settlekan....sabar ya Bie.....

Rumah belum find betul2 contractor sebab MH sangat2 busy..dia xda masa nak look for the contractor at the moment...cuma maybe during weekend je boleh buat semua ni...apapun, dah ada a few list...nanti tunggu lah MH decide which one nak hire...mmm..

Harini aku cepat terasa or lebih tepat lagi sensitive dengan MH..uwarghh..bukan apa..hormon kot..yeah,i admit that I suka membebel dekat MH la sekarang....Ada je benda yang x kena sikit sure I will start nagging...maybe MH pun penat kot nak dengar me pot pet pot pet mcm Mak nenek kan..hehe...

Td after had dinner at sakae sushi we all hang around jap kt szb parade...later on baliklah since tetiba je perut rasa tak baper sedap...betul.sampai je rumah ambush terus toilet..hehehe...nak dipendekkan citer, MH ter sound aku and terus aku sentap...huhu...sampai sekarang...yang pelik tuh, I can cry teresak2... Tanpa sebab...dah naik bengkak mata aku ni....plus dok layan lagu instrumental haddad alwi lagilah aku feeling giler nih....

Ya Allah,berikanlah kekuatan pada aku....kesian MH...asik kena layan je kerenah aku...I love him so much....dun stress2 Ambia...

Happy tuesday peeps!

It's 10am at my desktop..I just had my breakfast and now staring at my screen sampai terkojol biji mata..

Last night siapa yang watch tv3 news sure Ada tengok seorang budak lelaki berumur 2 tahun kena langgar... Yang teruknya apabila dah kena langgar no one datang tolong...siap ada yang langgar lagi tu...bayangkanlah bagaimana kesakitan budak itu pad waktu tu...yang tak kena langgar apabila tengok je video tu terus terasa sengal...

Adalah dalam 7-10 person yang lalu lalang disitu buat bodoh je...very cold hearted..dah la Negara ko memantau family planning baik punya..manalah perginya parents budak ni time tu...an awful kid sungguh la bdk ni...rasanya dia koma sekarang and hope for the bestlah untuk diri budak ni..dah lembik masa kena angkat dengan orang pompuan tuh...fuhhhh...mmg sengallah Mak bdk itu..geram x abis lagi ni....

Dunia diakhir zaman ni kan banyak sungguh benda2 unsangkarable terjadi....semoga kita dilindungilah hendaknya..apapun sekarang keadaan semakin berdebar menanti sesuatu yang bakal diannounce kan nanti...ishk apa lah yang ko merepek ni..hehehe....

MH tengah layan DVD green lantern...while aku dari tadi dok main game kat iPad...ever since own an iPad ni, I spend more time surfing, playing games kat rumah...but off course I will settle benda yang penting dulu..

I dah start survey a few contractors untuk reno rumah kat Nilai tu...tapi belum contact lagilah...apapun, I dah inform MH...yang mana dia rasa okay , I will pass the contact number...it's not an easy job okay...I just hope that it will not jeopardize my plan untuk dapatkan babylah...hehe..I know it's going to be very tough as a lots of time, energy I need to sacrifice...harap2 semua okaylah...

Luka kt below abdomen dah getting better..cuma kena hati2 sikitlah, x boleh main redah je takut dia bernanah balik..hehe..ubat metaformin yg doc prescribe pun tinggal sebijik lagi..esok makan abislah...so nak tunggu 1st nov pulak... I have no idea apa yang doc nak I buat pulak lepas NIH..this weekend...

Dalam gelap ni gigih mengupdate blog....well green lantern dah abis...ha ni MH dah tukar citer jet li pulak... The sorcerer and the white snake....i also dunno apa citer NIH...oklah dulu nak join dia layan citer cina pulak...then I can off to sleep....

Kembali secara biasa tanpa tegar....

Yer, last week sudah bermula kerja ya hadik2 semua....erk! Dan begitu jugalah blog ini sepi tanpa update apa2... Adalah juga I datang jenguk tanpa sebarang jejak ditinggalkan....

Anyway, lately ni terlalu banyak benda yang hendak difikirkan especially ttg my job.. Ada banyak spekulasi that we or may be either one of us, me and MH lah have to move to KLIA... For some reason I cannot elaborate here...kang x pasal2 kena D.I.... Apapun doakan agar me tak kenalah... Dalam mimpi je lah...

Minggu lepas juga I x sempat nak menjengah blog raking TTC yang lain...starting from 13th October all social networks such fb and twitter dah kena blocked kat office.. One of the steps taken kan...sabar je la..so online dari bb je lah..itu pun tak banyak sangat tengok...hehehe....

Well today we all dah ghi tengok rumah dekat Nilai... Amik pics and tengok apa yg patut direnovate kan nanti...it look like we have to do everything.. The house condition is okay okay lah since we tak pernah stay situ...kebetulan our previous tenant contract expired sudah last month...no further extension since citer nak kena move to KLIA berdesing lajunya kan....so sekarang ni MH tengah mencari architect utk designkan balik bentuk rumah tuh.... Nak extend bahagian tepi, belakang and atas...so I have no idea camner benda ni sebab I takda experience Dlm Hal ini..so kena tunggu expert person lah... So sapa2 yang berminat bolehlah tinggal link or any suggestion lah..

It's going to cost us a lots this time.... Ka- ching!!!!!!!

Mabuk daging panggang

Inilah akibatnya selepas dapat makan Korean food kat Seoul Garden,OU...since we all decided nak ghi makan lewat kononnya late lunchlah kan..yer around 4pm baru we all had our lunch... Since MH's daughter is here with us , she joined our crazy eating time..

For lunch set it cost us around rm100++... Not badlah but still cannot lawan the one that me and MH had at jusco Perda in BM...apa Nama ntah....oh ya Korean BBQ... Dgn kadar slownya we all menghabiskan sisa2 mknan...but the daging is so heaven...even until now I still can feel the daging...ugh!

After finished our Korean lunch, we walk at new wings area...dah lama gile tak menyampai ke sini...MH cari jeans memandangkan semua jeans dia sudah besar...yes from size 36 and now he is wearing size 32!!!!! Believe me...he have lost his weight tremendously.... Oh mine, I wish it happen to e but nadaaaaa......

4 inch? Okayyyyyyyyyyy dun play2.. Maybe dengan stress kerja dioffice dia can lose weight camtuh je...even masa last week weighing me berat dia adalah 77kg.....shhhhhhh.....no joke okay....Ada 5-7 jeans levis yang he bought in USA aritu...terus nak kena hantar untuk dialter kan...eueeeeewww...

Besok,activity seterusnyaaa adalah ke sg Wang. Oh ya tadi ghi clinic cuci my luka memandangkan it start to bernanah...so Monday kena ghi medical center untuk cuci again...oh no!

Happy Friday guys!

It will be my last day on MC as I will be back to office coming Monday.. The pain still have especially at the below abdomen and its bernanah a bit. So petang nanti akan ke pharmacy lah.. MH asking me just now sama ada nak ikut ghi medical centre or tak... tapi i tolak je cos nak tunggu lambat lah karang..bukan simply boleh amik ubat pun kena jumpa doc dulu kan.. sure ramai orang..

anyway, i think i need a vacation after gone thru all the pains for past a few months. I have yet to decide where to go. MH wanted to go to sawadikap kap kum kap country... ASEAN country this time.. but I want to go to US or Europe... amboii taste ttp tak boleh blah...

Nak update pasal US trip yang dah a few month tertinggal tetapi memandangkan nak kena buat watermark on each the photo tu yang agak lembap sikit tu.. ha ha ha..u know me kan..nak wat benda leceh ni mmg kena sabar je.. kalau tidak mmg takkan berjalan punya kan.. he he he.. okaylah apa tujuan pagi ni ya.. so far belum ada apa yang nak dibuatkan lagi..kemungkinan besar akan continue sleeping sampai noon kan.. MH dah cakap siang2 yang dia tak datang amik i masa lunch break later.. so makan je la apa yang ada kan.. kalau tak tido pun i akan layan channel 393 kat ASTRO.. ha ha ha...

i wonder juga ya why i write on blog instead of diary...? actually not write...typing.. LOL...

this is because mula2 berblog dulu hanya untuk syok2..eventhough sampai sekarang pun untuk syok2 juga... yer lah..your story orang baca..walaupun tak setop mat top.. hehe..bukan...setop blogger2 yang ada kat alam maya sekarang kan... i dun earn from Nuffnang... or any advertisement company. i get my salary from my company and MH.. more to syiok2... ada benda yang i akan openly shared with viewers kat sini.. mungkin certain post tak terlalu clear itu mungkin ada sebab2 yang tertentu.. I might not know my enemies, backstabbers or maybe somebody yang stalker on me kan.. who know???

itu sebab i feel that im freely to jot down here.. MH knew im blogging and he dun know that i really into this as i believe most people who read this blog just syok2 baca and later come asking eh why arrr with your entry.. bla bla bla.. and some they don't have to ask me sbb they know the situation. too little things to said it here tp akan cuba juga..

right now, i ada sebab untuk terus menconteng sini sbb i got TTC friends which I can shared info dengan apa yang i buat... ini ttg kehidupan Ambia Aziz okay.. so i can tulis apa yang I nak.. sebab nanti I akan baca balik... mungkin perjalanan masih jauh untuk jadikan blog ini terkenal tp amongs my friends semua tau dan akan membaca...okaylah dulu...

It's coming out

Today, a few days after my OD, I've noticed there is blood coming out from Miss V... I am monitoring the frequent of bleeding.. I have strong feeling that is my first period after the OD..it didn't come out like a tail or spotting..it just a normal period which is not heavy duty..mild pain at the normal spot if u come a period..

I contacted Dr Zamri assistance nurse, Syuk informing her about it. She said it is normal after the OD.. Sound relieves for me.. After that, I slept the whole day lying down in bed instead at sofa. At 5pm, I felt my waist is aching and numbs. Most probably sebab lying down tak straight kot.. I've checked again, there is a blood...okaylah, i opt to I'm having my menstrual back...

Hopefully after this will turn to regular.. No more hanky panky period time like before...after quite sometimes I'm not a normal person, period only comes 2-4 times a year.. How to determined when is ur fertility day? Even though it didn't come out heavy, but I'm thankful.. At least it have rather not coming out at all..

Update on the cuts.. It is still pain especially today I'm wearing a panties..crazy huh.. Cannot tahan ooo..that is why I'm lying down only...okaylah.. Take care people...

Yerlah eventhough me on MC tapi tetap kena bangun awal untuk buatkan coffee utk MH.. then lepas dia dah settle keluar ghi office barulah bermula activity mengorok me.. but today tak sempat nak mengorok lagi.. kena buat bubur untuk breakfast/lunch merangkap dinner la..bubur ayam tp beras terlebih..apa lagi..ceduk keluar la lebihan beras tuh.. ha haha..

tambah air lagi kasi cair.. dah makan breakfast and ubat... and now start the mission the sims3.. bukan apa..dalam fb pun dok dpt invitation utk main semua me reject je sbb leceh la main dlm fb.. kalau boleh masuk jenguk apa yg ptt udah...taknak main games... almaklumlah di office sudah keluar sekular if surfing fb during office hour boleh kena D.I..so pepaham je la.. kang tak pasal2 famous amos..

harini sakit kat bahagian pusat dah kurang cuma bawah abdomen je...dia malam je rengetan sikit sebab tak selesa nak zzz..bangun pun tadi susah sikit..sebab nak kena jaga kaki me yang operate aritu..so apa lagi...kena urut manja juga lah.. sabar je lah... sementara menunggu game tengah reinstall update sikit blog..dari iPad susah and me tak tahu nak wat post entry tuk rescheduled...cuma frm lappy tau.. sapa2 tau tak..? well, after ops ni me not really pantang .. acaner ek nanti if bersalin..? kalau takda sapa jaga me confirm kelaut juga lah.. tp smlm after i told MH yang Mama kata kenapa benarkan me makan nasi keras dia kinda confuse.. sebab tak boleh ker...? that is the reason why during admitted cuma soft diet je depa kasi.. 2-3 suap je pastu aku dah rasa meloya.. ha ha ha...

apa nak jadi ni..? ni baru 3 lobang.. dia tak korek semua isi perut keluar.. he he he..:p

kadang2 pikir mmg sungguh banyak dugaan tahun ni.. most people said that this year is not a good year sebab banyak yang sakit, mati...mmg itu semua dugaan dari Nya. bukan kata nak percaya tapi itu yang berlaku.. tak yah tengok orang lain lah..tengok aku cukuplah.. tahun ni je dah 2x kena ops.. selama hidup ni baru kali ini aku go thru semua ni..admitted, kena drip, belah sana sini.. apa lagi..2 exprience kena general anesthetic within a month.. lucky the ops is not that long kan..cuma 1-2 hours je.. setengah orang ckp if buat ops dekat2 mungkin otak akan weng weng... minta sisih malaikat 44...!!!

tapi itulah setiap benda yang baik mmg kena go thru benda yang susah and berat dulu kan..? tak mudah Dia nak tunaikan semua apa yang hambaNya mohon melainkan terus merayu...mmmm..

Okay ini post raya.. tapi bulan Syawal dah over okay..baru terhegeh2 nak update..

anyway tahun ni raya tak best..

sebab pertama - aku bertongkat sebab knee surgery 2 weeks before raya.
sebab kedua - MH terpaksa juga menjalankan tanggungjawab kepada company yakni berkerja.. tak tahan.. asik berdering je call dia masuk.. ada satu tahap mcam takmo balik kg pun ada...

so raya tahun ni kurang berjalanlah sebab MH kesiankan aku yang bertongkat..takkan nak kehulu kehilir dengan bertongkat..lagipun aku rasa tak berapa selesa ya memandang orang sekeliling ni perakkkk sikit..memandang je.. jenuh aku nak explain...

so malam raya we all stay back kat MIL house as usual.. lepak situ je..while MH membuta dari petang sampai malam..so before orang datang more kat rumah, we all bangun and prepared apa yang patutlah.. Mak seperti biasa sibuk didapur menyediakan juadah utk berbuka and raya esok.. all my SIL's and Bro's semua pun ada petang tu... cuma yang takda MH Kids and nephew.

Laparoscopic Ovarian Drill

Laparoscopic ovarian drilling is a surgical treatment that can trigger ovulation in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Electrocautery or a laser is used to destroy parts of the ovaries.
This surgery is not commonly used. But it can be an option for women who are still not ovulating after losing weight and trying fertility medicines.

Ovarian drilling is usually done through a small incision (laparoscopy), with general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small cut (incision) in the abdomen at the belly button. The surgeon then places a tube to inflate the abdomen with a small amount of carbon dioxide gas so that he or she can insert the viewing instrument (laparoscope) without damage to the internal organs. The surgeon looks through the laparoscope at the internal organs. Surgical instruments may be inserted through the same incision or other small incisions in the pelvic area.

Because the incisions are so small, laparoscopy is often called "Band-Aid surgery."

What To Expect After Surgery

If you have a laparoscopy procedure, you will likely go home the same day and can do your normal activities within 24 hours. Your return to normal activities will depend on how quickly you recover from surgery, which may take a few days or as long as 2 to 4 weeks. - as for me only admitted 2d1n je kat hospital and doc gave me one week MC untuk rest kat rumah.. depends on your doc juga...

Why It Is Done

Ovarian drilling is sometimes used for women with PCOS who are still not ovulating after trying weight loss and fertility medicine. Destroying part of the ovaries has been reported to restore regular ovulation cycles. - i dah tengok video yang doc buat.. and nampak 8-10 holes dia tebuk kat my ovary..others dia clean kan tempat yang patut dia clean lah..

How Well It Works

Studies of women with PCOS have shown that ovarian drilling results in an 80% ovulation rate and a 50% pregnancy rate.

Younger women and those with a body mass index in the normal range are most likely to benefit from laparoscopic ovarian drilling.

Risks

Risks of laparoscopy include:

Infection of the incision.
Bleeding from the incision.
Internal bleeding.
Accidental injury to internal organs or major blood vessels, from the laparoscope or surgical instruments.
Pain after the procedure, from inflating the abdomen with gas.
Problems caused by anesthesia.
Adhesions or scarring inside the body.

alhamdulillah, no bleeding after the operations.. cuma first nak kencing lepas keluar OT ada darah menitik together with urines.. other than that okay.. makan ubat on time and jaga makan which i dah neglected now.. now im back on track..takut bernanah kat dalam...ergh...

Yes, im at home.. Helping MH to transfer his fav's song into his iPod.. while he is cooking chicken soup for me.. I'm discharged yesterday noon after one night admitted at DEMC due to surgery. After my doc confirmed everything is okay with me, he allowed me to go home and have a rest. Yes, i got a week MC.. boss, sorry your staff is not feeling well.. so i'll be staying at home this whole week..

The place where he make a hole is still painful.. terpaksa tahan but dah 2 hari i tak pantang makan..ni bahaya ni...who is going to look after me..kadang2 rasa sedih sebab nak kena buat semua sendiri.. nak harapkan MH , susahlah sebab dia pun bukan jenis orang kuat pantang... just bayangkanlah semalam lepas discharged we all gi tapau nasi ganja Raihan kat Glenmarrie.. oh no!! confirm luka aku takkan baik if continuosly begini.. like today, after ghi DEMC utk collect slip mc yang terlupa amik semalam , we went to Syed's Restaurant to had another nasi Bukhara ayam... mcm ner ni...i know i know, i kena pantang... mulai tonight, i hanya akan makan roti and milo panas je sebab sekarang bahagian cuts itu sudah nampak mcm kemerahan2... aiyoo...

oh lupa pula sebelum tuh... okay tak template baru ni...? saja je suka nak tukar... he he he..walaupun me bukan blogger tegar tp ini adalah my diary..yer public diary untuk sharing info bersama2 teman ttc yang lain... seronok membaca pelbagai2 cara yang dilakukan untuk ttc ni.. semoga usaha kita dipermudahkan yer kawan2.... ada yang dah berjaya.. dan ada yang masih mencuba termasuk aku... dulu blog ini hanyalah suka2 je.. tp lama2 bila ada benda yang rasa patut dishared why not... next entry i try to citer pasal surgery yang terbaru i buat okay...:)

After a month away from base

Yes, a month away from office...but in between that I still come to office... But that one cannot countlah...my first day today, woke up as usual...the excitement is not that high... Ha ha ha... Boleh macam tu?

Harini most of my colleague not around...Ada yg ghi duty travel and ada yang ghi course...so balik je office, my partner depan I sudah ditukarkan ke bahagian lain...jadi depan aku kosong....lagilah bosan...mengantuknya jgn cakaplah...even masa la pun aku masih lagi sangappp sangat...kemengantukan yang tidak dpt ditanggung lagi...kalau xda boss depan aku ni or mmg kosonglah kiri kanan depan belakang confirm sudah kelaut....

Tadi masuk je office nasib ingat sign in code desktop...cuma Ada 2 system yang aku lupa password sampai kena call superior aku....even masa la pun mata aku menahan mengantuk yang amat gaban...I'm checking balik email2 yg aku tinggalkan before this...tengok apa yg patut or do some revision balik..sebab within my absence ada a few things that they have implemented...so i don't want to miss out anything... It will take me a while...tak lamalah....

Anyway, thanks to those of my new followers yang Audi membaca blog yg seberapa ni... As some aware, jumaat ni i will be doing another surgery...it's kinda rushing but I cant wait any longer...the more I wait for the moment to come naturally, masih belum juga... Well today, masa buat some bloghopping ada terbaca kenapa dugaan yang diberikan pada kaum2 TTC ni amat berat...Cuba u all tengok diluar sana...terlalu banyak abortion.....penderaan kanak2 etc...one of the blogger complaining but actually not complain la...cuma voice up apa yg dia rasa je kot.... Orang yang tak kawin,berzina mengandung....dapat anak..buang anak...siap bunch...flush Dlm toilet bowl...u name it, semi Ada.. Begitu senang mereka lekat Dan begitu senang mereka melahirkan bayi itu.... Tetapi kenapa kita yang darinya hubungan yang halal Dan sah disisi hukum begitu banyak dugaan....

Nak bersalin kena pilih hospital yang terbaik...mereka tidak perlu semi ini..dalam toilet pun boleh...kenapa? Begitu berat ujian yang diberikan kepada kami TTC group....walaupun hati berkata jangan berputus Asa tetapi kadang2 tidak dapat lari dari bedrolls yang bukan2... Entahlah sampai bila Akan bertahan...sesungguhnya ujian ini amat berat untuk hambaMu yng kerdil ini ya Allah....

Betul juga kata dia..kawan2 yang melakukan perbuatan terkutuk senang2 berjaya walau dengan hanya satu percubaan...not to say, in terms of money we have spent a lots on this..tapi peluang itu masih belum nampak lagi....I will follow what doc said,do a surgery...insha Allah peluang itu Ada...

Happy weekend!!! Currently while blogging/surfing the website/ face booking/twittering, I am watching the rugby world cup 2011 between New Zealand ALL BLACK and France..

Not bad looking juga yer dia punya player..very tough body u olls.... Ada yang pendek tp tetap good looking... Ha ha ha... Oklah tinggalkan pasal rugby...

This morning, my second appointment with Dato Dr Anuar Onah, my orthopedic at SDMC... Semua berjalan dengan lancar since now dah almost a week I'm walking without crutches... So maknanya, this coming Monday i am back to office after a long medical leave....he wanted to extend my mc another 3 weeks...but I don't want anymore...I had enough rest at home...cuma ralatnya I need to complete another 6x physio..tp mcm susahlah sikit nak keluar during kerja lepas ni kan...since I dah mc lama off course lah rasa mcm tak best kan...lgpun sure banyak kerja yang perlu aku catch up during my absent...fuhhhh.... Gym dah stop.. Ha ha ha...klu tak sure boleh continue buat kt gym..tp xpalah....tadi doc ukur lilitan my peha and peha yang inured tu tak sama dengan yang okay...4cm okay...camner nak buat...aq nak kena angkat MH la macam ni..haha...

In 6 weeks time I need to see him again..hopefully ada improvement lah...okay settle pasal kaki...

Next episode pula will be my OD.. For some people who know that I'm trying to conceived will understand it... I dah try mengurut with one kakak dah 3x...Hrp itu pun dapat membantu juga.. I cuma berusaha untuk mendapatkan...actually with the current gynea, Dr Zamri, dia dah buat a few cycles dengan kasi ubat itu inilah hanya hendak aku berjaya.. Keadaan masih belum mengizinkan... Both of us bermula untuk berjumpa dengan Dr.Zamri dalam bulan April 2011, specifically April 9th..ini pun after suggestion from one of MH friends..previous gynea was okay cuma we need second opinion.. He is a good doctor...very soft spoken and if dia explain sesuatu siap lukis2 lagi...Dan setiap yg Cuba diexplain kan , alhamdullilah MH faham...so don't need the second explanation frm me...

Normally I will google to look for the info... So after the 4th attempt and latest meeting with him, he decided to do a surgery on me.. He claimed the eggs is there but it is too small to ovulate...yep, I'm a PCOS person...even he give the high dose also I'm not sure... He is afraid i akan sesak nafas....

Just wait n see lah...i memang nervous juga untuk surgery ni walaupun I just had a knee surgery...totally bius so mmg xkan sedarlah apa yg Akan berlaku...another 3 month is going to be our anniversary...seperti tahun2 selepas berkahwin, kami mengharapkan hadiah yang paling bermakna Dlm hubungan kami...tak pernah setiap saat kami melupakan.moga2 adalah junior kami nanti....kalau me bloghopping sekarang to my TTC friends blog, some of them dah berjaya and some of them pun masih macam me..apa nk ckp lg, tersenyum gembira kerana berjaya, tetapi hati ini ttp sedih...bukan menyalahkan takdir.... Huhuhu....

Hello all...

Today I've done the 6th session physio... Rupa2nya my orthopedic dah add another 6th session...oh no!!!if no more mc given by doc this coming saturday, it will be difficult for me to ulang alik ke SDMC....

Anyway, I'm going to do another surgery next Friday....if everything is smooth, at 9am... Yep, this time Laparoscopic ovarian drilling (ovarian diathermy) for PCOS.

Fuh...2 operations within a month.. Ya Allah semoga ko permudahkan semuanya...

Malaysia Day is held on September 16 every year to commemorate the establishment of the Malaysian federation on the same date in 1963. It marked the joining together of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak, and Singapore to form Malaysia. The formation of the new federation was planned to occur on June 1, 1963, but was later postponed to August 31, 1963, in order to coincide with the sixth Hari Merdeka. Several issues related to the Indonesian and the Filipino objection to the formation of Malaysia delayed the declaration to September 16 of the same year. The postponement was also done to allow the United Nations team time to conduct referendums in North Borneo (now Sabah) and Sarawak regarding the two states participation in a new federation.

Beginning year 2010, Malaysia day is a public holiday... happy Malaysia day to all Malaysian..... I'm watching the Malaysia parade now...hehe....while waiting to the masseur come to my house.....

Back home...

MH is sleeping now... He must be tired with 8 hours journey... Mama and Mak Tok also went back this evening...ohhh I miss them now... 4 days they are here with me while MH went to Sydney....

Today, after they left the house I feel so lonely...I miss my grandma!!! Seriously...I miss her...anyway, she is 82 years old now if I'm not mistaken... Lately according to my mom, asal makan je dia rasa mcm Sakit dekat ulu hati...angin masuk kot....

My beloved Mak's...I called her Mak long time ago..last time I used to quarrel with my aunty to berebut her...they always disturb me... All my siblings call her tok... FYI, she is so garang last time...but time flies, she no longer garang with us... She is taking care four of us since small and now she is staying with my other aunty who is not marry (yet)... Now semua dah ada kat KL she quite often follow my mom come to KL...but this time, dia betul2 nampak x baper sihat... She did mentioned after this Mak tak tahu la sama Ada masih larat nak datang umah ko Yong...yep she called me Yong....

Takmo la cakap mcm tu Mak....I rasa sedih pun Ada..during last Ramadan,MH ajak balik berbuka dikampung.. We might not know what will happen later...alhamdulillah semua berlaku dengan pantas...now they are on way back to BM with my 3rd brother...

I miss her so much!!!!!

Sleepless

Yes, I am still awake... The time is now 2.45am... I guess I'm thinking a lots...that is why i still awake around this time... Mama and Mak tok is already sleep... They are here since Monday.. Since MH is not around so at least I got somebody to accompany me..

Anyway,today MH is coming back from Sydney.... Yeah...finally..I'm lazy to blogging now...no reason... This evening I went to SDMC again to get my physio...I thought is my 4th time ...rupanya baru 3 Kali...another 3 more to go before it expired under company payment...must get it done before 25th sep...next meeting with doc is next Saturday.....

About the TTC..I start to jab myself since monday...next monday I will be meeting the doc Z again..this time according to him to scan and see my eggs... Hopefully it grow and if doc z satisfied then he will proceed with next.... Please.... :)

It's Wednesday... And there will be no wordless topic...

I wake up early today since I got an appointment with Doc Z at DEMC... Dlm pukul 11am, I start my journey...cewahh...mcm jauh sgt tp this is the first time I drive by myself after I did the knee surgery last month... Lucky, I still can drive even though i felt nervous...

The appointment was set at 12noon and I managed to get into his room at 1pm.. No rushing as I still on mc...so I can take my own time untuk tunggu for my turn..lucky Ada free wifi...

Let me straight to the point lah ya...

Doc Z prescribe me with new medicine this time... Instead of clomid he is giving me femara.. Femara (generic name is letrozole) is an oral drug which can be an effective fertility treatment for women with ovulation problems, or for those with unexplained infertility.

I dah Cuba amik clomid before tapi still tak success..so next appointment dah set on monday..untuk dapatkan jab...

Femara vs. Clomid

Clomid (brand name) or clomiphene citrate (generic name) is an oral medication that is often used for stimulating ovulation in women that do not ovulate on their own. Femara has sometimes been used in these women as an alternative to clomiphene.

Some women will not respond to Clomid at all. Letrozole can induce ovulation in some of these women. Next week lepas amik jab, doc nk jumpa aku lagi untuk scan...during that time if Ada eggs yg cantik dia Akan amik untuk buat IUI...it's going to be my very first experienced after a few attempts untuk conceived naturally x berjaya...well,I'm done with my knee surgery n I'm going to face another surgery if IUI x berjaya juga.. It is not easy okay..I'm trying my level best...I really hope that money it's not going to be an issue to us...

Sometimes, I almost give up..I don't want to proceed further with the treatment tp bila nampak je baby, I got teruja tp sebaliknya I sedih...what can I say now...takdir bukan memihak kepada kami lagi...nasib Kali ni balik raya tak Ada soklan cepu emas...memandangkan balik dengan bertongkat so citer2 pasal anak ni takdalah....

MH seperti biasa sibuknya tak okay lagi since day 1 fasting...next week duty travel and seminggu dia Akan away..I wish I could follow him tp x bleh sebab aku on mc susah...if jadi apa2 company tak tanggung sudah...mmmm....my mom is coming to KL next week juga....

Admitted for knee surgery!

By the time u guys read this,I already admitted in SDMC for tomorrow surgery..please pray for the smooth operation tomorrow..I'm kinda nervous and feeling so scared now..

After it locked again last fri, MH want me to proceed with the surgery..oklah for now..need to save some hp battery..

Hoffa's fat pad

As you all wonder why i kept complaining about my left knee.. After i did the MRI last month, the result out and i have hoffa's fat pad.. I try google and understanding more on the issue.. It's about some excess tissue in between my joints..

I copied below information from Dr Chang from Singapore...credit to him...

What is Fat Pad Impingement?

Sometimes after a forceful direct impact to the kneecap, the fat pad can become impinged (pinched) between the distal thigh bone ( femoral condyle) and the kneecap (patella).

As the fat pad is one of the most sensitive structures in the knee, this condition is known to be extremely painful. The knee pain is situated anteriorly on either side of the lower kneecap and is worsened by straightening (extension) of the knee joint. Hence the fat pad comes under constant irritation and may become significantly inflamed.

It is also termed Hoffa’s Syndrome.

Where is the Fat Pad in the Knee?

What Are the Symptoms of Fat Pad Impingement?

Pain and/or swelling around the bottom and under the kneecap
Patients may have a history of knee hyper-extension (called genu recurvatum).

Positive Hoffa’s test (with the patient in lying with their knee bent, the examiner presses both thumbs along either side of the patellar tendon, just below the patella. The patient is then asked to straighten their leg. Pain and/or apprehension of the patient is considered a positive sign for fat pad impingement)

Treatment of Fat Pad Impingement

Treatment of this condition is normally by conservative methods such as:
A) Rest and avoiding aggravating activities – stop running.
B) Ice or cryotherapy to reduce pain and inflammation.
C) Physiotherapy modalities such as ultrasound and TENS.
D) Muscle strengthening exercises to maintain the strength and fitness of the surrounding muscle groups.

Taping the patella may help. One method involves taping the upper surface of the patella to allow more space for the structures beneath the lower surfaces i.e. the fat pad. This leads to less stress and impingement on the fat pad.

If conservative treatment does not work then surgery may be advised. This may involve the complete or partial removal of the fat pad itself.

Surgery for Fat Pad Impingment.

This is done using key-hole arthroscopy surgery. Two tiny holes on either side of the lower part of the kneecap allows the surgeon to visualise the problem using a camera system and a small motorised shaver to remove the impinging fat pad.

This is an example of a patient whom I treated recently. He experienced pain in the front of the knee for the past 3 to 4 months. The pain was brought on after running for about 10 minutes. He was able to complete his 1 hour run but would have pain and mild limp over the next 1 to 2 days.

The problem worsened and he could no longer run for more than 10 minutes.

The pain went away immediately after the surgery.

Pain which I cannot control now...

It's second week of Ramadhan... How time flies so fast right?

I'm officially on bedridden again this weekend... It's all because the pain on my left knee happened again last Friday night. I was on mc yesterday. My knee still swelling n it's really painful..

After I did the MRI scan past 3weeks, the pain is gone.. The ortho did not said anything unless if the pain come back again.. Yes, next Monday I will be meeting him again... And will discuss should I proceed with the surgery... I cannot stand the pain now...it's effect from my waist until my toe..it's aching every second if I moved my body...

Last night after berbuka, I take the medicine given by the doctor..there is no pain killer given to me...i almost sleep but the pain is so annoying me.. Lucky MH found the pain killer that I got from my previous visit..I took one tablet n the response to ease the pain is so damn slow..

Right now I can't even straighten up my left leg.....gosh!

Yea!!! Its Friday!!!!!!!.....

Tomorrow I'm going back to Penang....untuk berbuka with my grandma,mama,auntie and my siblings.... They will make a move tonight.... But me, only tomorrow after sahurlah...

Consider weekend gateway...end of this month pun nak balik lagi...Off courselah sebab raya...nangis oo klu x balik...insha Allah, most probably it's going to be the last single mingle raya for my second brother....if semua jadi as per plan, insha Allah end of this year dia Akan bertunang.....hopefully semua jadilah ha....

Baju belum packing lagi..malam nanti lepas berbuka je lah...lagipun sehari je balik.. Hehehe.....for sure esok mesti my auntie masak my favorite...yummy....syiokkkk...dah lama x balik kg..excited jugalah ya..apapun, so far alhamdullilah sudah 5 days aku berposa...harap2 turun jugalah berat badan ni ya...nak pakai Baju raya mesti nak cantiklah walaupun hanya sepasang Baju kurung.. Tak semestinya kena pakai sexykan...hehehe....nasiblah balik bulan posaaa intake sure dah merata aku plan nak ghi makan....nak makan tunggu malam tu ka kot2 nak makan Nasi kandar ajak MH drive ghi island..hip hippppp hooray...

Anyway, hotel dah confirm... Esok if sampai awal kat BM kena fikir apa nak buat dulu sebab mungkin x bleh check in lagi...kalau x balik umah my grandma dululah....petang tu nak ajak MH and my sis ghi param..sure banyak hendak yang aku nak beli..omg!!!!!sabar2....

Oklah dulu...I'm away until next week.....daaa..selamat berbuka ya...:)

Alhamdulillah ....syukran O Allah...atas segala rezeki yang telah Engkau kurniakan... Pejam celik pejam celik harini berjaya untuk berpuasa juga..sudah 3 hari berpuasa....mengantuk waktu office hour sudah tentu bila bulan puasa...

Hehe...first day berpuasa, me and MH went to mil house kat Kepong... My SIL and kids also been there untuk berbuka...had a good food as always at mil house... On second and third day , I cooked for MH...I don't feel like buying from bazaar Ramadhan since the food belum tentu fresh and sedap...tp so far belum dpt cari tepung pelita...tengoklah besok acaner...lg pun today MH on leave so I balik terus masak....now kekenyangan yang amat sangat...hehe...human petang tadi, acanerla bazaar ya..sure tak bape laku sebab hujan....

Now menunggu nak mandi n sleep...aaaaaaa...penatnya......

Hello..

Last Friday, my left knee got blocked again.. Generally, if it blocked I managed to get back to the position but it is not happened last week.. I can't even put it back to the right place. End up, it start to feel pain..

I put an ice on the surface of the pain, but it is not long. after all the pain is getting worse. I asked MH to send me to the medical center for further treatment .. upon arrival at medical center, I went to Physio room.. Staff Mizah put an ice to relieve pain. after 30 minutes passed, the pain is still there and I continue doing phsyio... She asked me to see the doc to get a jab or maybe a mc... Mmmmm....

At last I got a half day mc and tomorrow I have to see the prof again... Fuhh..

I think this is a test from God ... hopefully I can overcome this alleged.. This week is a bedridden week...I did some exercise and physio at home...but still pain...

Please heal me, O Allah... Amen..

New place for lunch

Hello...

It so hot outside there..I'm sweating as I going out for lunch with my colleagues... MH went out with his colleagues to Citta Mall...nearby the office...:)

New place to have our lunch...it is an Indonesian food...not really like Nasi minang or Nasi padang.. The paste is so hot....it make my tongue burn....grrrrrrrrrr... We went out early today memandangkan our office blackout.... Hehehe...boss also not around kan...tp balik awal la...keluar awal pun not awal sgt...30minutes to 1pm lorr...

I had ikan keli sambal plus mixed veggies..the drink teh botol....all time fav if go to Indonesian restaurant.... The price is quite cheap to compared the one nearby my house....the price is so ridiculous...

Little update on TTC related issues...

I went to MAS MEdical centre yesterday...the doc said I don't need the GL if I admitted in hospital after surgery..so meaning all the arrangement will be made between hospital and insurance company , I guess..I'm not so sure with this...hehehe...on other side, my left knee got 'lock' again... LOCK? Yess....it stuck during my sleeping, I can't even move my knee...I got to massage it slowly.....fuhh...reallly trauma....haha...

I'm sleepy!!!!

Its Sunday yo! I just come back from other part of states after out for a day..its weekend gateway lor...

Back at home, did some hair coloring to MH hair and yep check it out my lovely pokok bunga...phewww,still there the flowers...hopefully it will last for some times..it takes an ages utk berbunga but alhamdulillah berkat kesabaran akhirnya dapat keluar juga bunga...sukEeeee!!!

Yer, esok 1st July!!!!

As my Doc Z expect me to do operation next month. Date yet to decide.. need to check with him first. My last meeting him, he informed me to wait next PMS and come see him again on D2 or D3.. but i dun know when the operation will be on..

As for MH next month, i think end of the month he need to attend conference in Pattaya.. so if the ops is on during his absence ...euueeww...sound scary right... fuhh..berpeluh2 ni memikirkan bila nak buat... smlm and hari ni asik nak minum air manis je..nak makan nasi..takda nasi tak sah..bayangkan 1230pagi aku makan nasiiiii..uwarghhh tidakkkk!!!!

camner nak kurus ni..? aku terima if my chubby sebab berisi..tp kalau berisi dgn makanan ni ada susah sikitlah..off course MH will pancung me... but he did said if lepas bersalin (insha Allah) dia akan sponsor utk slimming program again.. ha ha ha.. yang LWP pun aku tak ghi..acaner..? berpuluh2 kali amoi tu dok calling2.. ha ha ha.. asal gi suruh beli barang..mau aku malas gi..kekeke...

Well today im on leave.. bangun agak lewat sikit sbb MH pun masuk ofc lewat.. Smlm he went for duty travel a day trip to KCH.. conducting an interview for KCHCC.. so since flight delayed 2 hours he only arrived home at 1230am... so if dah lewat sampai...tido pun lewat la.. but its okay for him sbb boss dia paham kan.. mm if me doing that kena pancung la jawab nya.. ha ha ha...

Olla...

Today I take 1/2 day leave just to follow up with my gynea...I don't feel good to get time off so often from them..the only thing is I have to sacrifice some of my leave...

I went alone today.. MH decided not to follow me as he got meeting at 3pm...the funny thing happened...I miss the turn and have to use jalan town..harussss...I dun really know jln kat shah alam ni..confirm sesat... I arrived DEMC at 4pm sharp... I went u to register and got number 2426.. This time around I don't have to wait longer like previous visit..

Once my number appear at the screen I walk to doc room.. I greet the doc and surprisingly he asking where is my husband? All this while both of us will be there...but not today...

He did the scan on me and found that there is eggs but still not so big... After the injection n all those pills look like it not giving me a good response... Last visit he did mentioned about ovarian drill ( OD ).. So that is what the doc suggest to me..

Yer, i kena buat OD in July...he issued me with letter which I need to submit to my medical centre...anyway, sound scary kan? But what to do,kalau ini one of the option yang I Ada , I will do it...tapi hati ni sgt berdebar okay... Oh ya, ubat yg doc kasi I still continue...lepas doc confirmkan yg I will undergo minor operation tu, terus google info psl OD...oh mine....creepy OD...

Rasa mau nagis pun Ada tadi...tp sabar je la..i can't imagine..settle bills tadi terus drive balik ofc pick up MH....cepat jugalah...call MH suruh dia turun kat parking n gerak balik...I citer la kat dia apa yg doc kasi tau bla..bla..bla...so hubby agree untuk I proceed buat tp agree kah? Hahaha..I confuse...tp insha Allah harap dipermudahkannya .....

Yea!!! I'm currently at O&G clinic DEMC for next check up with my doc lah...yes,I completed the 8 times injection and today most probably scanning time....my appointment is at 4pm... I just got my no and I think have more than 7 patients in front of me...wait and wait patiently.....

I have a lots to update but I dun knowlah...I dun know how to make auto published entry using the iPad..if from MacBook I know lah...anyone know, pm me please....

Fuhh...weekend almost come to the end..last night, I slept at 4am..dangg...kenapa tetiba x mengantuk ntah...puas cuba untuk lelapkan mata tp ttp x boleh...pagi ni seawal jam 8 aku sudah bangun....ayooooo....

As usual, dah jadi routine aku untuk this a few days untuk inject... Hari ini during inject terasa sengal sedikitla....maybe inject at the same place or I dlm keadaan sleepy..haha...tp x continue tido ek...

Around 930am get myself ready sebab harini I nak jumpa my ex CBM...huyooooooo after 13 years la x jumpa...cuma dlm fb je kitaorang communicate...hahaha..

Opposite me is my god sis, Rose. The yellow shirt is Gina,next to her is Adeline and next to me is Fiona... Cool ha after sometimes, today is the date that we gather together....semua stay in KL but susah nak jumpa.for sure, this will be continue again...tgklah after this, Akan melepakkkklah we all slalu kat curve...the easiest way for me la...jgn suruh me drive tu KL la for sure aq cancel....hahaha...

Today xda apa yg I buat lor....bangun around 830am untuk injection and continue sleep...sedar2 sudah pukul 12pm...

It's good if u can wake up lambat sometimes...memandangkan MH is not around so inilah masanya membalas dendam...kejap lagi aq nak start spring cleaning rumah...lipat Baju etc....stress nya nak lipat....basuh Baju no Hal babe...I like....hehehe....

Hari ini takda aktiviti lagi...esok I'm going to meet my schoolmate friends...oh mine,it's been an ages x jumpa mereka..so esok will be the day...

Ini pending story psl MH....

Last 2 weeks MH did some operation at his back.. He had a small lump at the centre of his back. Lucky him, not so bad...

The operation was held at SDMC..after a few days he did check up here at MAS medical centre, finally the doc referred him to specialist... A day before the operation he get the GL letter and next day morning which was Thursday he went to hospital... The doc admitted him and the operation in the evening.. After work I went straight to the hospital...

The bisul after the operation without the stitch...

After second review with the specialist, he need to stitch the bisul as it doesn't look nice at the back...phewwwww....

This is better than the top one...look nice and neat kan? Next week kena gi SDMC again utk keluarkan benang...huhu...

Poor my baby! But not a big operation pun...

Happy Friday everyone!!!

May today bring you happiness... Yeah...Nora Elena citer dah tamat...I don't really follow..ending dia pun x tengok...but banyak review pasal citer ni...tengoklah if Ada masa nanti I tengok dlm tonton.com.my...hopefully ini pun x kena block... :)

Well,pagi ini I managed to inject myself...haha funny things is I'm so nervous sampai terlupa how to cucuk especially nak masukkan jarum...jadi jamm kejap...tak sampai 10 sec terus settle.... Thank God not so hard... Harap2 telur aku nanti membesar seperti yang dikehendaki lah....next Thursday nak jumpa doc balik..

Most of my colleagues today semua attend town hall kat MAS academy KJ...so sunyi giler opis....kita semua dok settlekan kerja masing2...tp sempat juga berbloggerla...

Hello everyone!!!!

This morning after get myself ready with work attired I pun gerak MH.. Get ready with pen nak cucuk my tummy...grrrr...

I lie down in bed while MH is assisting to poke...poke okay...inject actually.. From tomorrow onwards I have to do it by myself... Today morning MH is repeating what the doc said yesterday...so that tomorrow tak gelabah la aku nak inject sendiri kan... Tak teruk mana pun...boleh la diatasi cuma yer lah.....hehe....

I'm done with second day injection.... Oh yes, yesterday doc prescribe me with gonal f 300.. But he ask me to inject with minimal dose...37.5mm only...next meeting him, I have no idea what he will require me to do... Hahaha...i also continue taking metaformin.... Little bit dizzy and kinda lose appetite now...good sign heh?

TTC again...

Such a tiring day for me... I think I will blog out about my TTC matter as much as possible..I'm sharing with my TTC friends... I'm glad some of my TTC friends already conceived in regardless naturally or by IVF or IUI.. Thank to Allah ladies!!!

Today I have an appointment with doc Zamri at 2pm.. Lucky me, MH always be there when I need his support...we arrived at DEMC around 1315 hrs... We had our lunch at kopitiam bawah hospital lah since nak cepatdpt number even I dah buat appointment..Dlm hati Tuhan je tau bagaimana takutnya dengan result etc... Clinic dia bermula dlm pukul 230pm...so tepat je kol 2, me dah terpacak dekat situ...amik no yg pertama okay n me juga org yg pertama masuk jumpa doc...untuk sessi petang lah...

Ok,dipendekkan cerita, result diterima not so good sebab my hormon rendah giler...apa itu hormon prostegon..so end up dia Akan mulakan dengan injection...maybe for those yg dah pernah buat IVF or IUI shud aware lah psl ubat ni...gonal f...so mulai hari ni sampailah hari ke 8 untuk saya cucuk perut...uwarghhh....sound scary kan? Tapi itulah yang Akan dilalui oleh me...doc ada ajar cara nak inject...hehe...look easy but knowing me, I afraid of jarum....untuk baby anything I will do!!!!

After consultation, doc count date yg ptt datang jumpa dia semula jatuh next week , Thursday...itu mengikut perkiraan dari tarikh my period...on 11 days...this time around, harap2 ada hasilnya....

Nanti esok I will upload ubat yg doc kasi...pagi esok MH akan inject my tummy...after that, I will have to do by myself lah...esok malam he will fly off to JKT and only coming back this Sunday noon....

Ya Allah, permudahkan lah semua benda yang aku lakukan ini...I Akan cuba update sebanyak yang mungkin tentang perjalanan ini...ya, doc yang kami pilih ini adalah melayu and islam,obviously...at least before dia mulakan sesuatu ada juga ayat2 Quran yang disebutkan...sejuk hati mendengar...tentang kos untuk semua ini, aku and MH Akan keluarkan sendiri...harap2 tak banyaklah yang Akan dikeluarkan tetapi biarlah kami mendapat hasilnya..Amin...

Kalau nak diikutkan mmg dah banyak juga $$$ yang dikeluarkan untuk perubatan ini...including yang kami pernah Cuba kat SDMC dulu...tp tengoklah camner...harap2 kat DEMC ni kosnya reasonable...

Apapun total yang di keluarkan harini ialah MYR522.00 including ubat and kos consultation...ubat gonal f tu yang mahal....doc also prescribe me with metaformin again.....

Pokok ini sering terdapat di pejabat-pejabat dan sekolah-sekolah sebagai pokok hiasan kerana senang dijaga. Ia berasal dari Kenya , Rwanda dan Uganda . Senang tumbuh di iklim negara ini. Daun yang besar dan hijau selalu diletak di kawasan taman awam.

Sila maklumkan kerana terdapat kes kematian yang jarang dilaporkan diakibatkan oleh pokok ini. Selalu kes ini diklafikasikan sebagai “food poisoning”.

Keprihatinan anda menyebarkan berita ini mungkin dapat menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang.

Hi, just a short post,if possible...

My previous entry was written during my angry time. In fact it is a well known issue and if the person read this please change your attitude.. I don't ask u to be good, covered ur head to toe but at least please do have some respect for people around you..

If u still want to continue, you will always do that..maybe for now ur skin still fine.. We wait next 5-10 years where you want to hide all ur wrinkles etc... During that time, Lu pikirlah sendiri...

Lagi satu stop complaining about silly things and stop being silos..ur such psychopath and it's pretty sad to see u without friends.. Maybe you have tried very hard to be with some people but look at ur environment no one could last with you...

Enough said, I'm tired talking about u...so now, I will let go the angry mood this afternoon together with my sleep..hope when I wake up tomorrow I don't have to face u anymore... You cannot work with people..not only me but for the rest of other colleagues...

Bukan nak menuduh,tetapi hakikatnya itu lah yang berlaku..

Si istri stay seakan2 seperti perempuan bujang...free to do apapun tanpa rasa bersalah...siapalah kita untuk menghukumnya kan tetapi mata yang memandang serta mulut yang sering mengeluarkan kata2 umpatan ini bagaimana? Makin berdosalah jawabnya...walhal tuan empunya badan langsung tidak pedulikan semua ini... Off course kubur masing2...tak malukah pada bangsa lain??????

This situation is between a husband and his wife. Happy 29th birthday to me !!!

29 years ago I was born and now I'm still alive .. Thank you to my mom who gave birth to me .. do not forget also to my late dad...

No big celebration but this evening we had our dinner at Rakuzen Empire.. I gave belated birthday present to MH ... Hahaha.. So sweet...

I'm happy with what I have now.. I thank you Allah for what you have gave to me all this while.. Thank you once again... :)

Next year I will be joining the 3 series version... Oh mine... I just can't imagine but inshallah I will be doing fine... Hehehe..

Hello.... No wordless Wednesday version 3.. I have no idea what to post here...

For sure,just a few minutes ago out of sudden I felt so lonely...so lonely... I can't act like this.. Until yesterday, I feel so stress and very empty... I can't think but I just need some air and space... I cant talk, I can't rely on people...they do not understand how I felt now...

I'm easy going person but when it come to certain stage I can't take it.. I feel like crying..I told to myself that this is a test for me...he will never test me if he think I cannot take it.. Day by day, week by week, month by month and now year by year...it's so heavy burden to me...

I can smile, I can laugh, I can cry but I don't know how long , how long I have to wait... Being in the same position as me definitely other people who felt the same way, can truly understood...

Oh my God, how long I have to wait????????????

Weekend in Taipei....

Hello there....

What a great weekend I had... Actually WE... Not with my beloved MH but with my fellow colleagues...

Last Thursday , I went to Taipei (TPE) with 3 of my colleagues.. It is not 100% holiday for 2 of them but it is for me and another one... It is not turn to be smooth actually... Not in term of enjoying the holiday...I called it as a short gateway... To release the tension etc...bla..bla....bla....

I don't have many picture of myself since I'm the one who carry the camera... Adalah a few of my pics from my friend camera..

We in front of the Taipei 101... It's raining during my stay there and could not complete all place... I don't know whether got next time or not... My first visit to TPE and can count as second time I step in TPE too.... Lalalala....

I did called Mama this evening to wish her and yes tomorrow she will be coming to KL.. send off my lil sis for next semester... And today from 10am until 8pm I spent my day at MIL house.. MH left me there and he went out with his friend...tak baik kan? Huhuhu... Anyway, it is fine with me..

Alhamdullilah... Syukur sangat2....

In the unexpected tomorrow is Friday.. I just thought about it last Monday why Friday come so slow...but today, without realizing it had almost reached the time..

Unfortunately tomorrow MH is going to JKT again... My weekend will be fill up with all sort of activities... He he he... I have an appointment with my colleague to go to Sg.Wang this Saturday.. But shhhhhhh dont tell MH okay...

Last 2 days, I was having a bad flu and fever during night time. It all started with sore throat early this week.. I know I should take some rest at home. But because my stubbornness I still come to the office.. End up yesterday I had a worst flu with running nose...grrrrrrrrrr... Not only me, the friend who sat in front of me also having the same sickening...lalalala....

Well what to update now yah....

Yes, I still taking medicine given by doctor..and no sign of miss red is coming out soon... If I have the sign, it will be easy for me to prepare lah...but I'm patiently wait for miss red....

Like the other day at snakes area, I dont even see any snakes except for dried leaves...fuhh....
